$50/hour for 2 Cleaners. Can quote a standard rate after the first cleaning if desired (depending on degree of clutter, frequency, etc.).

All Rooms

Vacuum carpets, rugs, and stairs, including all edges. Clean underneath area rugs. Vacuum all vents in all rooms. Vacuum couches, including under all cushions. Periodically flip cushions if asked. Wash/Mop all floors and dry wood floors. Remove cobwebs. Dust blinds, window sills, lamps, light fixtures, furniture, and wood work. Dust picture frames, knick knacks, shelves, and baseboards within reach. Clean glass surfaces (mirrors, pictures). Make beds and wash bed linens if needed. Empty and clean/wash ashtrays and wastebaskets and replace trash bags. Tidy rooms.

Kitchen

Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks and faucets. Clean and sanitize countertops and back splashes. Clean the range top, clean under stove top, and clean refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out including turntable. Wash floors. Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink. Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs.

Bathrooms

Clean, scrub, and sanitize showers, bathtubs, and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes, and toilets including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Scrub floors and tile walls. Deodorize. Sanitize cabinet fronts. Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity.
